Questions from stationery shops
Is BestMart Billing free?
You can use every feature free for 15 days, with no card needed. After that, billing is included in BestMart Pro plans. Your bills and items stay safe even if you do not upgrade.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. You can keep making bills when the internet is down. They are saved on your device and sync automatically when you are back online.
Can I send bills on WhatsApp?
Yes. After saving a bill, tap WhatsApp to send it to your customer with a link to the full bill. You can also email a PDF or print it on A4.
Does it calculate GST correctly?
It applies CGST and SGST for sales inside your state and IGST for sales to other states, based on your GSTIN and your customer's state. You can bill with prices that include or exclude GST. Please confirm item GST rates with your accountant.
Can I use it on my phone and computer?
Yes. Use the Billing tab in the BestMart app on your phone, and billing.bestmart.in on a computer. Both use the same account and data.
Is it suitable for stationery shops?
Yes. It comes with a ready list of common items for stationery shops, so you only add your prices. You can also upload your own items from Excel.
Will the BestMart logo appear on my bills?
No. Your bills carry only your business name and your logo.
I already have a BestMart account. Do I need a new one?
